Before starting their food truck, Tarvis Simms was a boxer with an impressive career record of 27-1-1 and his wife Maria was his boxing manager. They made an excellent team and continue to work together today. For about 8 years, Tarvis and Maria have owned Ringside Grill Gourmet Food Truck, usually located at 100 North Water Street in Norwalk, Connecticut. If you are looking for comfort food of any type, this is the place to go! Some of the options they have are hamburgers, chicken fingers, hot dogs, and rib eye steak sandwiches.
