Although I was not personally able to get in touch with the owner of Sub Queen (The Original Chili Cheesesteak Queen), located in Bridgeport, CT. According to various comments left on Yelp (pictured below), the restaurant is run exclusively by the female owner. The woman in question presumptuously (based on Facebook), is Neet Rogers. Not much is available about the queen, herself but her food and overall managing capability and consistent five-star reviews say enough. Specializing in cheesesteaks and chicken wings, the menu offers food cooked with passion. For a more in-depth review, “Most Healthy Food Reviews,” a page on Facebook offers a review of Sub Queen’s “Trisha Special” (“which is a Chicken Slovakia over crisp french fries and tons of sauce”).
